Students Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Students grievance redressal committee (SGRC) of Mahe Co-operative College of Higher Education & Technology aims to promptly address student and fostering a positive relationship with the institution. This ensures satisfaction by providing necessary facilities and there by maintaining a conducive academic environment.

Objectives

Addressing Student Concerns

To provide a platform where students can voice their grievances related to academic, administrative, and other institutional matters.

Ensuring Fairness

To ensure that all complaints are addressed in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, maintaining the integrity of the process.

Promoting a Positive Environment

 To help create a healthy, conducive environment for learning by resolving issues that may hinder students' progress or well-being.

Conflict Resolution

To mediate and resolve conflicts between students and faculty, administration, or other students, ensuring smooth functioning of the institution.

Maintaining Accountability

To hold the college accountable for any grievances related to quality of education, infrastructure, or any unethical practices.

Preventing Future Issues

To identify common concerns and suggest systemic improvements, helping to prevent future grievances.

Encouraging Student Participation

To encourage students to actively participate in the grievance redressal process, thereby enhancing trust and engagement between students and the institution
